In this generation, people use smartphones every time even when it's time to sleep. Owing to this situation and busy daily life, most people don't have enough sleeping time. Sleeping relates to our learning, working and physical health. If we don't have enough sleeping time, everything we want to do in the daytime will be strenuous. So we should keep our smartphones, computers and busy work away when it's time to have a comfortable sleep.
